Hi there! the about page is usually the most viewed one so here’s my chance to get your trust in me for your project. I have to say, I’m excited and thankful that you’re here reading me. Here we go.
First things first: I’m a proud spaniard currently living in the amazing city of New York and offering my services here and abroad. I have a background of more than a decade of experience in the design and execution of PR and communication strategies for more than 100 companies. After all those corporate years I decided to make a (not so) little switch and found my own studio to focus in something I love: calligraphy and wedding stationery.
When I first discovered the art of calligraphy back in 2017, I fell in love with it. After hours (and hours and more hours) and lots of courses to get to domain the technique, I launched my own studio in 2019 with the aim to combine my design skills with calligraphy to create for my clients the most unique, delicate and elegant stationery. It’s been more than two years now doing so and every day I like it more. My work is devoted mainly to couples that are getting married (and I honestly feel that I get to work with the most darling ones) and to brands in search of a professional calligrapher for their special events and activations. During these years I’ve been lucky enough to work for brands such as Cartier, Tiffany & Co, Carolina Herrera, Brooks Brothers or IWC Schaffhausen, among others. My goal for both kind of clients remains the same: elevate their materials to a whole new level of sophistication thanks to the most beautiful and exclusive calligraphy.
I’m married to Fernando, just the best one (you should know him to understand) and we love the United States while are proud spaniards. We lived in NYC for two months back in 2017 and fell in love with the city ever since, so here we are: happily based in the greatest place in the world. And last but not least there’s Porthos, the most loving yet grumpy Cocker Spaniel of all times. I founded a studio with his image, I think there’s nothing much to add.

Why The Spaniel?
“
Because of my dog Porthos, an English Cocker Spaniel, because I’m a spaniard (and the word feels close to it), and because of the elegance of the breed that I seek to reflect in my work. And well, essentially because I like it, you know.
